Services
Belt Conveyor Guarding offers a range of services that add value throughout our safety commitment to you, our partners.
Key Services Include:
Assessments - Our professional safety experts will visit your facility at a time that is convenient for both you and your business, to do a complete risk assessment of your equipment and/or conveyor applications. A full assessment report will address the areas within your facilities that pose a potential threat, while categorizing “Danger Zones” into Low-to-High risk brackets. This will allow you to focus on guarding key areas and reduce the risk of injury or death in a controlled and timely manner. Assessments are cost effective and are a great tool that you can use to discover unsafe areas and practices.

Engineering – Our design team at Belt Conveyor Guarding is committed to designing innovative guarding that will protect your workers and improve productivity. Our guards are tailored to individual equipment applications to ensure the highest levels of functionality and protection during daily operations.
Project Co-Ordination – Belt Conveyor Guarding provides you with the opportunity to have full access to a trained guarding Project Coordinator. Our professionals do full site supervision, while training your workers on proper guarding techniques and offering guidance where needed. Utilizing our project management services allows you to focus on your daily responsibilities and minimizes the impact of the project on your internal resources; while ensuring guarding is installed according to code.
Education - A key focus within our service plan is education. Safety is an issue that spans across all stakeholders and therefore it is important that everyone involved understands what the guarding is there for and how it works. Educating employees and management on correct practices ensures that your guarding is installed correctly and replaced when necessary. Our professionals educate your staff on appropriate guard handling procedures and show them how to work with the guarding, not around it.
