Position: MARKETING COORDINATOR

 Skills Set:

  • Must have Business to Business marketing skills.
  • Prior experience in developing and executing marketing communications, marketing strategy, and media relations
  • Post-secondary education with focus on marketing communications.
  • 3-5 years experience involving trade shows, marketing design, project management and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative and innovative
  • Skilled in using presentation and graphic design tools to develop communication materials, such as Power Point. The Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Acrobat Pro is also required.
  • Website marketing and Website Content Management

Job Duties:

  • Utilize SEO and SEM techniques
  • Manage the corporate website through the WebFlow CMS
  • Digital Marketing and Media Purchasing
  • Social media content creation and planning, specifically on Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Working on LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation
  • Align communications and creative design to build brand equity throughout all promotional channels
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing techniques and strategies
  • Trade show experience and willingness to travel to assist in trade show activities throughout the United States and Canada.
  • Produce web content with an emphasis on keyword strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing software is an asset
  • Ability to manage several projects at once
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
